I have extensive experience practicing corporate and commercial law. Represented a diverse range of clientele including Bridgewater Capital Partners, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Duane Reade, and housing cooperatives across the New York metropolitan area. I also had the honor of serving as a as a Legal Analyst with Department of Justice, where I was able to develop additional expertise in all aspects of mortgage-backed securities.

Over the course of my career, I have leveraged my experience to significantly reduce my clients’ legal costs while successfully avoiding issues of liability through effective risk management and strategic allocation of litigation resources. My strength lies in managing in-house corporate legal departments while improving existing systems, contract negotiations as well as resolving internal and customer issues. Some key accomplishments include the following:

● Handled a docket of over 350 cases across U.S. for the Home Lending Department at JP Morgan.
● Lowered personal injury litigation costs by 50% by providing outside counsel with critical information to resolve cases more efficiently and cheaper at Duane Reade.
● Abstracted the entire Duane Reade lease portfolio for implementation on an electronic data base for use by the corporate executives.

I also have a certificate in Real Estate Finance & Analysis from NYU and am fluent in French and Spanish. Decision-making and the ability to stay calm under extreme pressure are my key strengths.
