I had the pleasure of dealing with David and let me tell you guys he is very straight to the point. He will tell you what he can do and even work a miracle. He communicated with me through his cell and text and gave me hope. David was there for me to the very end and looked out for the best interest... of my daughter, I will never forget him and highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

I am involved in a very complicated custody case with a lot of layers. I hired David immediately after being discharged from the hospital because I had a fast-approaching court date. He was one of the few lawyers that answered the phone on a weekend. During my consultation is seemed as though David w...ould be the right fit. Needless to say my husband was blasting my health information and making claims about my parenting all around town. I explained to David that my husband was not behaving in good faith, however, David would not listen. When it was time to negotiate with my husband's lawyer for visitation with my son, I got only 6 hours per week which was what I was getting before the court date AND I had to agree to give my husband my medical records in hopes of additional time with my son. This was all pressure from David because he felt I had "no chance" with the Judge. Yet, everyone who hears my situation agreed on one thing, I was getting screwed and I should get a new lawyer. It was obvious my husband was using my son as a pawn and I felt like my attorney was advocating for the other side, not for me. David shared no real options or strategy besides "be nice to your husband".
