Best defense attorney in New York

Scott Bookstein is the best he really cares about his clients' and their familes I trust him 100% with mine and my children lives I would have given him 100 stars if I could definitely recommend him

Excellent defense lawyer

Scott was professional while providing clear advice. He was as an excellent advocate and delivered a great result. He provided peace of mind through the entire process. I recommend him highly.

Best defense lawyer in New York!

I happened to hire Mr. Scott Bookstein for my wife’s legal defense at a crucial time when other previous two lawyers we hired poorly defended her. Mr. Scott Bookstein took over the case and beat the case at his first representation! Mr. Bookstein is skilled and very experienced in building a legal de...fense. The most important part is that Mr. Bookstein took our case personally and went out of his ways to challenge every aspect of accusation about the case and protected us. I wish there are many good defense lawyers like Mr. Scott Bookstein! Highly recommended!

Knowledgeable and Skilled Defense Counselor

Scott is a very knowledgeable and skilled criminal defense atty. I had been charged with a misdemeanor for being attacked while the perp lied to the police and filed a false report. I could not believe it. I was in touch with another lawyer who thought he could negotiate it down; however, a dismis...sal was not likely. I talked to Scott over the phone and he asked me to come in for a consultation. Scott did not charge me for a consultation, but instead offered to represent me for a flat fee which was quite reasonable. This alleviated the blind-eye aspect of an ever increasing legal bill should this turn protracted in some way. Scott was confident that he could help me. He had extensive experience in the Bronx DA's office including as a Supervisor and was quite experienced with the Queens DA office. Throughout the whole process, Scott told me what to expect and defended me in Court. Essentially guiding me through this ordeal. In the end, Scott was able to have the charges dismissed. If you want a lawyer who will defend you and "go to bat" for you, then I wholeheartedly recommend Scott Bookstein as your lawyer.
