Scott is a very knowledgeable and skilled criminal defense atty. I had been charged with a misdemeanor for being attacked while the perp lied to the police and filed a false report. I could not believe it. I was in touch with another lawyer who thought he could negotiate it down; however, a dismis...sal was not likely. I talked to Scott over the phone and he asked me to come in for a consultation. Scott did not charge me for a consultation, but instead offered to represent me for a flat fee which was quite reasonable.
