Athanasius Okechukwu Duru

The most unprofessional man that I have ever spoken to, when you can actually get in touch with him! First of all I tried contacting him almost 3 weeks ago and just spoke to him today. I have been calling the office, which has its calls sent to a message taking service. They have no direct numbers to... any employees of the business so they ask you your name and number and hang up immediately without letting you know any of that information. Needless to say I called several times before anyone at the call center would deviate from their script long enough to let me know that all they could do is take messages and leave you in limbo. Fast forward to me actually getting a call back. Truthfully he did call last Thursday making it only 2 weeks before he called back but, I barely missed the call and when I called back, wouldn't you know it, I was back in the call center/ message taking infinite loop. Needless to say I did finally speak to Mr. Duru today and he is the rudest and most unprofessional individual that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He interrupted me several times, had no access to/ did not locate the item that I was referring to and actually started yelling at me when I confronted him on his unmerited attitude. Through his attempts to berate me for my incessant calls (which I made because of the horrible messaging service that he uses) he "surprisingly" shifted the blame and sent me elsewhere to have my problems solved. This was the most pleasant part of the phone call because it meant I no longer had to converse with him any longer. TL;DR Go somewhere else for law or other services. You can't contact anyone directly and when you do, they apparently don't know what it is to speak to a civilized person.
