Peter represented us as first time home buyers in the Port Washington area. We had numerous questions throughout the process and Peter provided very prompt and detailed legal advice whenever we needed legal counsel. During the contract negotiation phase, he was very thorough in explaining the risks... and had a keen understanding of which contract provisions were market and which were unreasonable.
