I had the most amazing experience with Peter. From the beginning, he offered me insight and answered all of my questions on a very long initial phone call before I even hired him to be my attorney. He brought up potential issues that neither of the other four attorneys I first consulted with mentio...ned. I ended up going into contract anyway, but it was great at least heading into the deal knowing what those potential issues may be. Throughout the process Peter and his staff were extremely communicative, often answering my inquiries in a few minutes! Always with very detailed answers that was on point to what I asked and also educated me further than what I had even originally questioned. It was a stressful process for me but Peter made the transaction as uneventful as possible and we had a very smooth closing. I cannot thank him enough for being so patient with me.

Peter represented us as first time home buyers in the Port Washington area. We had numerous questions throughout the process and Peter provided very prompt and detailed legal advice whenever we needed legal counsel. During the contract negotiation phase, he was very thorough in explaining the risks... and had a keen understanding of which contract provisions were market and which were unreasonable. The market in Port Washington was very seller-friendly but despite our relative bargaining position, Peter did an excellent job of advancing our position. He was also very involved with our mortgage lender and our mortgage processor also commented on the fact that Peter was very easy to work with. I feel that the signing to closing process was a lot easier due to Peter's significant involvement. In addition to legal services, he is clearly very knowledgeable in the real estate business as he was very helpful in recommending some very excellent service providers (home inspector, exterminator, insurance agent, etc.), all of which we had an excellent experience with.
