If I could give more than five stars I would, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and it took five years before it went to trail. Ive only known him for about an hour before my trail, and I wish i had hired him sooner, in the court room he had facts and evidence to a Tee. He was able to get me... the maximum amount that was allowed for my case, and it really put me at ease, not the money but how he interacts with his clients. This was my first court accident and sitting on the stands i felt so much more at ease. He really cares about his clients and can sympathize with them as well. Most lawyers only car about winning the case and the big check but he actually took his time to go over every piece of my case no matter how small it seemed. He was able to answer every question and never left me in doubt. The minimum amount for my case was $10,000 and he was able to reach the maximum 15 times over. Honestly the only lawyer youll ever need for a personal injury case.

Attorney Peter Thomas was assigned my case for trial in Queens County. I asked about him before I met him and found that he is both respected and feared. Respected as a prepared and experienced litigator and feared by his adversaries as lawyer who gets big money verdicts. While I was pleased to he...ar such feedback I was not sure if the facts of my case needed a guy like him. Turns out the other lawyer lied to the jury and made ups facts that were not part of my case. I saw Mr. Thomas politely rip into the other attorney and tell the jury to focus on my case. He was riveting to watch during summation. The jury was consulting for 2 days and gave me a great verdict. I was very pleased to have met him and had him as my lawyer. I have a new lawyer now and will always call Mr. Thomas for any legal questions.

I was injured in a car accident and had the same lawyer for 2 years. When I got a call from my lawyer saying they hired a trial specialist to handle my case I was concerned. I met with Mr. Thomas and it was clear he knew what he was doing. He told me he has taken 100's of jury verdicts and that he... would try or settle my case and that the decision would be up to me. He prepared me for my testimony on the weekend and spent 4 days on trial. Mr. Thomas destroyed the defense expert doctor on cross examination and nice settlement offer was made. Mr. Thomas told me to take the money, settle the case and I did. We spoke to the jury after the settlement and they would not have awarded me as much money as I got from the settlement. I was very happy. Mr. Thomas is an excellent litigator and very easy to talk to. He seems to knows many of the people in the Queens Courthouse and even the Judge said I had a good lawyer and did the right thing to settle my case. I would certainly call Mr. Thomas if I ever needed a lawyer again.
