After many years of procrastinating my wife and I decided to have Mr. Stern do our wills. It was as easy as picking up the phone and calling these lawyers. I was highly recommended Jason Stern from a colleague and hired him to contest a family will. I was left out of a modified will, which was unexpected and emotional. I unfortunately was involved in a dispute that was fueled by the maliciousness of a claims manager of a large insurance company whom for months refused to compensate my family for claims that was rightfully and legally ours. It was an emotionally painful experience especially after the death of a lov...ed one. I was told by so many people how heartless and unprofessional the company was and said I should go to the news networks to share my story. I was under the impression that looking into this matter would take few months to a year but I received a text from Jason in a few days saying "The check is here". There are no words to explain the joy I felt that day and more importantly there are no words that will express my gratitude to Jason. Even after I received the judgment Jason has still been instrumental in my financial and legal decisions above and beyond what was required.
