Danielle Terese Montalto

In an effort to service the community with her personal touch, Danielle Montalto-Bly, Esq. commenced her own practice in May 2019. Prior to this partnership Danielle worked as the managing associate for Zelenitz, Shapiro & D’Agostino, where she provided personal, empathetic services to each and every one of her clients.

Danielle started her career as an attorney with Meier, Franzino & Scher, where she began as an intern and became an associate upon passing the bar exam. There, she handled high net worth divorces and commercial litigation matters, solidifying her passion for providing excellent and individualized services to clients during some of their most difficult times.

While in law school, Danielle volunteered with Sanctuary for Families, which provides free legal services to victims of domestic violence. She also interned for Judge Barry Sarkisian, Superior Court Judge of Hudson County, New Jersey.

Danielle has successfully represented hundreds of clients in divorce, custody, child support, ACS, guardianship and family offense matters. She continues to build trustworthy attorney-client relations and excellent legal services.
