Andrew Scott Fistel

I only wish I had read review about Andrew before hiring him. I hired him to handle several traffic tickets for me. I paid up front for all three cases; one in Westchester and two in NYC. Aside from the fact that Andrew is literally impossible to get in touch with --- staff will not put him on the ph...one and his staff routinely does not return voicemails --- it is clear and apparent that the office does not actually care about its clients. The office missed one court date. And another another I couldn't get anyone to call me back to give me an update. I had to resort to sending lengthy emails to the office just to prove that I had been trying to reach out and was not receiving a response. It was incredibly frustrating and baffling-- how could he still be in business? I eventually had to hire new attorneys for all three cases this office was handling, never to get my money back from Andrew Fistel.

Hired Mr. Fistel in the traffic court in Queens, he adjourned my case for me based on the judge. His office sent me paperwork and the credit card receipt within the week. They called me before the next date, informed me I didn't have to attend and asked me to call back one to two days after hearing d...ate, I did as told ( I admit I had to call twice to get through) and was informed my ticket was dismissed. It was a 5 point violation so I was very happy to hear it was dismissed , I would and have recommended Mr. Fistel several times since.

Stay away from this man. He will take your money and provide you with nothing. I am his victim, my licenses almost suspended. I fond out by mail. He took my money and did n't even bother to keep me posted on my case. If you are a recent victim, please file compliant against him with NYS bar associa...tion to prevent other from the same path.
