Hired Andrew Fistel to deal with a wrong turn ticket. Court hearing was rescheduled 3 times, they call me to said that the lawyer fail to appear to the hearing and I have to pay a $40 bond on the last day by 1 pm and that bond has to be paid that day before 4pm all this to force you to pay an addi...tional fee to them so they will make the payment for you, all for the outcome to be found guilty and have points on my record. Please never hire this lawyer I would not recommend to anyone. I don't feel he tried hard enough to beat the case. Just taking people's money. I regret asking him to handle my ticket.

Oh please avoid this place. Long story short - they took my money to represent me for a simple traffic infraction. Then failed to show up at the court and I ended up with a default judgment against me, even though I still had the ability to extend the ticket one more time through the DMV. Horrible re...presentation. Will be filing a complaint with the State Bar over his practice's negligence in failing to represent me as promised. Please save your money and either fight the ticket yourself or hire someone else.

After realizing this "lawyer" missed the first court date, WHICH SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE, I was constantly calling (a week before the dead line) to see if they rescheduled. I spoke to assistant Lope and another female which told me not to worry that they were going to take care of ...it, also making it aware to me when the dead line was. So I'm checking to see a week later, after columbus day, and guess what MY LICENSE IS SUSPENDED! So this "lawyer" is a irresponsible, unreliable, and unethical. Don't bother wasting your money relying on this guy, you end up paying double!. I work in the automotive industry, also know several yellow and gypsy cab companies/ drivers, i'll make sure to spread the word.
