I USED TO USE THIS GUY SERVICES A FEW YEARS AGO HE USED TO CHARGE 50 % AT FRONT AND THE REST AT THE END.BUT LATELY HE ASK YOU FOR ALL THE MONEY AT FRONT. AND HE ALREADY LOST MY COUSIN'CASE AND ALSO MINE.I ALMOST GOT MY LICENSE SUSPENDED BE VERY CAREFUL AND PUT YOUR COMPLAINT TO THE RIGHT AUTHORITIES...

I have used and recommended to many friends and family the services of Mr. Fistel and he has never let us down. He and his staff are attentive and diligent with trying to get the best results possible. Nothing is ever a "sure thing" however this lawyer gives 100% dedication to his clients. That's ...all you can ask for from any lawyer. Plus his prices are beyond reasonable.

Stay away from this man. He will take your money and provide you with nothing. I am his victim, my licenses almost suspended. I fond out by mail. He took my money and did n't even bother to keep me posted on my case. If you are a recent victim, please file compliant against him with NYS bar associa...tion to prevent other from the same path.

After realizing this "lawyer" missed the first court date, WHICH SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE, I was constantly calling (a week before the dead line) to see if they rescheduled. I spoke to assistant Lope and another female which told me not to worry that they were going to take care of ...it, also making it aware to me when the dead line was. So I'm checking to see a week later, after columbus day, and guess what MY LICENSE IS SUSPENDED! So this "lawyer" is a irresponsible, unreliable, and unethical. Don't bother wasting your money relying on this guy, you end up paying double!. I work in the automotive industry, also know several yellow and gypsy cab companies/ drivers, i'll make sure to spread the word.
