I went to Alyssa traumatized and vulnerable, similar to most people seeking a divorce attorney. After 5 long years, I paid her $130,000 and never even went to trial. I was left with no child support from an abusive ex-husband along with shared legal custody. She made countless mistakes on drafts o...f documents and engaged in an extremely adversarial dialogue with me when corrections needed to be made. I was so worn down and scared throughout the process, that I didn't protect myself against her. I should have switched counsel early on. Hindsight is 20-20. Aside from marrying my ex, hiring her was the biggest mistake of my life.

This has been a nightmare from day one. This woman Alyssa Eisner was referred by my best friend and has just taken me for a ride. She was hired to represent me and has done nothing to help me. All she cares about is her ego and dragging matters out to extort as much money as possible from her clie...nts,. I have a court date right after 4th of July weekend and she has just abandoned me right before my court appearance. I paid her a large retainer just a few weeks ago and she is asking me for an additional 10k and we have never even seen a courtroom. She is rude and extremely arrogant. I am left with no representation and no more money days before my appearance. My only hope is to call the bar association and ask for help and at the very least file a complaint. I lost all my Money with this firm and am still at square one. DO NOT EVER USE THIS FIRM THEY INHUMANE VULTURES!!! I am worried about losing my child and she is using my emotions against me and refuses to show up in court After I’ve already paid her thousands. She charged me hundreds of dollars for any email or communication. I am left praying to god for help at this point as she has left me broke and alone with no representation!! She lacks moral compass and shows a complete lack of empathy!!

I have a hard time believing that Alyssa did not prepare you for trial. She gave up Sundays and even came in once when she was sick to help me . She has a lot of cases and can be very busy but at the same time she knows what is important and what is not important and tries not to waste your money.... . She has a great memory for key details.. She is human and you need to be proactive and know your case and look things over and allow her to be your mouthpiece and advocate. Her strategy is simple...Be a good person .. Love your children.. I have taken many punches along my journey but her advice allows me to sleep at night. She is very well respected by the judges. I am not done with my journey and can not complete my review but after reading the previous post, I needed to share my experience.

I been divorced now 8 years and seeing what other people go through with other attorneys looking back on mine and and me living that experience Alyssa is one of the best out there any questions I had was answered and followed through by her ! My divorce was started and finished in 8 months I'm more t...hen satisfied and her prices are more then fare! Thanks to Alyssa Eisner bolth parties are satisfied wich is a great feeling!! I would recommend her to anyone!!! Just ask her for a consultation and you will see! And I must add even when it's finelized and long over she never turns her back is always there to help her Clints in anyway she can! Don't be fooled by some one else's just cause they talk good!

This woman is a poor excuse of an attorney. She did nothing to help me but made sure to use my entire $10,000 retainer in less than 2 month. She still had the audacity to ask for more money. She was so nasty and insensitive. Honestly think she should reevaluate her life and change professions. Not on...ly is she a horrible lawyer she doesn't seem to know what the heck she is doing. Please take my advise and look elsewhere. She is nothing but a huge disappointment. And HELL NO I wouldn't recommend her!!!
