I bring more than 25 years of experience in mediation and litigation in New York courts to help people reduce costs and resolve conflicts with dignity. 

People going through a divorce, separation or another legal process are often surprised by the cost of the process, both financially and emotionally. They want a fair and cost-effective result that addresses their concerns and gives them closure.

Our goal in any dispute is to help resolve it with dignity, whether that is through mediation, collaborative law, negotiation or unbundled legal services, - a unique and cost-effective approach that provides legal asisstance to people who choose to represent themselves.

My law firm's practice focuses on matrimonial and family law, divorce, prenuptial agreements and business mediation and collaborative divorce with an ancillary general practice, which includes residential real estate, wills, trusts and estates. 

I am fluent in Russian and frequently address legal needs of the Russian Community in New York. 

I am an Advanced Mediator and Founding Member of the Association of Professional Family Mediators and a member and former president of the Family and Divorce Mediation Council of Greater New York. 

I am also an Advanced Practitioner member of Association for Conflict Resolution, member of the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals, of the Professional Responsibility Committee and of the Small Law Firms’ Committee at the New York City Bar Association. I am  admitted to the Bars of the States of New York and New Jersey and to the Supreme Court of the United States.
