He doesn't deserve 1 stars

I went to his office in queens knowing the consultation is for free everything went fine he looks professional I thought explained the process for my ant and the price was 2500 he told me to go and think about I didn't sign anything and I say ok I will calk you with an answer I call him in 2 or 3 day...s and I say ok I will do it he told me no problem deposit the 2500 hundred in my chase account that happened exactly On july 24 but unfortunately on July 30 my ant getting sick and she went to the hospital and they found a problem with her heart and she had an open heart surgery in rgis moment still she's in the hospital this men take forever to gives me my money back and not only that he take 500 hundred dollars from my money just for 6 days I don't know for what because he doesn't do any paperwork for her at all and I keep asking for him to an answer and he just ignored me I just want to warning you people this men isn't loyal be careful money isn't easy to find out in this days and in my situation when he knows that I need the most he did that for me so I think that can say a lot about the human being he is.

Let's begin at the beginning: Maritza Vargas lied in her first 5 words of her negative critique: "I went to his office." In fact, Ms. Vargas never visited my law office. All conversations between Ms. Vargas and I were conducted telephonically. Why she thought it necessary to lie about something as simple as whether she visited the office is probably a good question to ask when you consider the truthfulness of her statements. She did deposit $2,500 into the office bank account for legal services requested. The day the money was received, my office began preparation of Ms. Vargas's case: forms, documents, etc. Her request to stop work came a week later. We refunded $2,000 and kept $500 because of the work already begun. I've been in the profession for over 25 years. Any attorney you speak with will agree that after that many years of practice, you're going to have a client or two who are...how can I say this diplomatically? Unusual. This client was one of those I would categorize as "unusual."

Very good immigration lawyer

After speaking with 3 immigration lawyers and getting negative feedback in regards to my immigration case, i visited mr Scarpati in his office through a free consultation and we began to discuss my case thoroughly and the possibilites of the outcome whether negative or positive. No other lawyer wante...d to take my case because it would have to be rushed due to a limited time frame and they didnt believe i had a winning case but Mr Scarpati broke everything down to me in a proffesional manner and backed up with facts. I hired him that same night and he began working on my case as soon as i left. His services were not cheap but in the end they were worth it. In less than 3 days we had filed an appeal to the immigrations office for my citizenship which was denied the first time. He was able to get me another interview with immigration in 4 months if i recall correctly and in 3 months after that 2nd interview that mr Scarpati secured for me, i got a letter saying i was accepted to attend the sworn in ceremony. I truly believe no other lawyer could have done for me what mr Scarpati was able to do. Like i mentioned it wasnt cheap but my future depended on it if i hadnt gone through with him i truly belive i would not be a US citizen today. I sincerely do recommend his services hes very knowledgeable and people seem to know him in the immigration office as i believe he mentiones he has over 10 years of experience. I would highly reccomend him as your lawyer my future was in his hands and anytime someone asks me about my immigration process i say it was all thanks to mr Scarpati

Worst lawyer ever

This guy is nothing but a liar, unprofessional, and thief! He tells you what any person going through an immigration case WANTS to hear. It's an excuse after excuse situation with this guy. I'm spending MY LIFE savings on this case and in return I'm getting excuses on why my case is frequently being ...delayed and why things aren't getting done! I DO NOT recommend this lawyer, Anthony Scarpati, to anyone. I will be working with a new lawyer and for the benefit to everyone I pray that this review is shown to prevent future dissapointments and mishappens with any client going through any legal situations.
