On Thursday 4.6. we received a letter that an application for my Green Card has been rejected due to a failure to provide some simple additional documents to USCIS, but we never received the request. It was a nightmare! I knew it's a big deal to be denied so a day after we started looking for a lawyer. I was actually just looking for a consultation, but when we met Marylin we changed our mind (for a good reason because what she did we couldn't do ourselves). I Googled for an attorney that deals with the same sex couples and one of them was Marylin. She was not the first one we called, but she was the only one that was willing to meet us the same day. We met in her office at 8pm. She started working on our case on spot (for the next three hours!!!) even before we singed a contract and paid for her services (the legal fees were very reasonable). Regarding our case, she said that it is obviously not our mistake and she added: "before we file a motion, let me go there in person and try to convince them to reopen the case without filling a motion and paying a fee". Next week, on Tuesday afternoon I brought the documents USCIS required to her office and on Wednesday the next day at noon I received a phone call from an immigration officer to come the same day if possible for an interview (although it was originally waived) and he would approve the Green Card on spot!!! When we went for an interview she was there with us. The officer did not ask anything about our relationship, only some (basic) security questions (are you a terrorist and similar). Without her we would have to reapply or file a motion. Either would cost us a lot of time, money and stress. I am very happy we met her, although it was a random luck! Thank you Marylin!

After school officials at my university decided that I had violated my immigration status, they were about to terminate my SEVIS record which would have resulted in my losing my lawful immigration status. I called several immigration attorneys; most of them told me that since these decisions are at the university's discretion, there is not much one can do and they cannot help me.
Ms. Orbach-Rosenberg, however, told me that we should not let this happen, and that she saw a way to turn this around. The depth of her knowledge and experience was immediately clear from the questions she asked about my situation. She listened carefully, and gave me advice as to how I could convince my university to change their decision. I followed her advice and it worked perfectly! Thanks to her, I still have my lawful immigration status. To all of my friends who have immigration questions, I recommend that they contact Ms. Orbach-Rosenberg.

Ms. Rosenberg is simply amazing. My daughter had a very complexed asylum case from Guatemala and Ms. Rosenberg rápidly and effeciently helped us resolve her case. She was extremely professional, patient and kind. This Attorney actually cares about her clients and their cases. She resolved my daughter's case in one year and five months which compared to how Long these types of cases takes this is a record. I would definitely recommend Ms. Rosenberg to anyone Who is in need of an Immigration Attorney. My husband And I are etremely satisfied with Ms. Rosenberg and her services.
