Marilyn did an outstanding job with my wife’s K-1 Visa process. She truly went above and beyond with answering my endless stream of questions. The process is overwhelming and confusing, I can’t imagine having gotten through it without Marilyn’s help. I read nightmare stories about applications reje...cted and the process taking years for people. Ultimately, Marilyn was able to complete everything perfectly and the process was completed without any delays. Once submitted, the K-1 process took about 5 months (which is, to my understanding, exceptionally fast). Marilyn is the BEST! She won my mother's case, after taking over the case only one month prior to the trial! We were at a different law firm named Musa-Obregon, where the service was terrible, no return calls and at each hearing a new attorney would show up. My mother's FINAL hearing was scheduled ...within a month.
