We experienced an issu...e with the realtor who represented us at the beginning of the transaction, and Ramon helped clarify every point and guided us through the process so we could successfully complete the transaction despite the poor service we received from the realtor, whose name I prefer not to mention. I highly recommend him — and I’m a very demanding person when it comes to service.
