My family has done deals with them for many years and when it was my first time to buy my property, Martinez Law Group PC was highly reccomended by my family and they did not dissapoint. Unfortunately, I had a very long process while purchasing ...my property for many different factors that were out of anyone's control. However, Martinez Law Group PC was always extremely responsive, professional and reviewed each and every contract carefully and fully, always fought for me and my needs and my benefit to the fullest until I finally was able to buy a property that was best for me and my needs and with the terms that best benefited me. I HIGHLY reccomend Martines Law Group PC and will definitely work with them again when I start the process to buy my second property.

Supposed to be a good lawyer in Real estate. I hired him to representing me in my first house buying. Everything was good til he found out that I had signed a disclosure form with another broker which wasn't his friend Eric from Cruz network.i didn't know nothing about exclusive broker. I just want s...omeone to help me to get the house of my dreams.he called the attorney seller saying that if they sell the house to me through another broker he is going to demand them bc I signed a contract with Cruz network and he has it. Which is not true I never sing anything to them not even know where is their office I meet the broker at my job. But she and Martinez killed the deal. all their care was about the comisión. Not to help me to get the house. At the end he wasn't that honest like I thought. And bc he liar they didn't sell the house to me. I loss 500$ for inspection and the house. Thanks to Martinez.
