Do not, I repeat do not go to this bad lawyer for your cases. I recently paid this lawyer $2000 to get my tenants to leave our house. He took the money with ease and said "No Problem". It's been 9 months close to 10 and Rajiv hasn't even started the case. Now he wants $1000 more to start a new case w...hich he says it can get done in a month but how is this possible if it takes 3 months just to process such. This is an honest review! He was full of energy when we came to him, saying all the things a client would want to hear just so he can swipe the $2000 and have no energy and go into ignore mode after receiving the payment when only recently he started to give attention when asking for $1000 more to start a new case. He already ate $2000 of hard-earned money now he wants to eat another $1000. When talking to this individual, he schedules meetings when there is 10 - 15 minutes left from his next meeting and rushes us to finish. When contacting him concerning our case, he gets mad that we are "bothering him too much" when in reality we are just trying to be informed of the case. He acts in a way as if we need him, but remind you we paid him to do the service. I don't know if all these reviews on here are bots/fake or not but I didn't have nearly as close of a service as these fake accounts are saying about his services. His credibility are these google/website reviews. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!! People can write fake reviews and write them themselves. Save your money and look for another honest hardworking lawyer elsewhere. They're out there just not here.

Rajiv was the only lawyer that had enough of a back bone to assist me with my case. He actually listened with intent to all of my concerns and efficiently took the issues I was experiencing off of my shoulders. My building manager actually decided to fix my heating problem that I was experiencing for... an entire year as soon as I hired Rajiv. My passports, birth certificate, SS card, lease agreements for my vehicle and apartment were stolen from my closet, in retaliation, after I complained to the town building inspector about my cold uninsulated studio aka the buildings "showroom". They have also "allegedly" finally gotten rid of the maintenence staff member who has entered my apartment without my permission on numerous occassions. I was very impressed by Rajiv's efficiency. I decided to also hire him as my attorney for my business ventures as well. Thank you. God bless you.
