I had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Rajiv Syed! My family has been having issues with our landlord since the beginning of Covid and were facing an unfair eviction. Rajiv was the only lawyer that had enough of a back bone to assist me with my case. He actually listened with intent to all of my concerns and efficiently took the issues I was experiencing off of my shoulders. My building manager actually decided to fix my heating problem that I was experiencing for... an entire year as soon as I hired Rajiv. My passports, birth certificate, SS card, lease agreements for my vehicle and apartment were stolen from my closet, in retaliation, after I complained to the town building inspector about my cold uninsulated studio aka the buildings "showroom". They have also "allegedly" finally gotten rid of the maintenence staff member who has entered my apartment without my permission on numerous occassions. I was very impressed by Rajiv's efficiency.
