Jonathan Kaye is the most incredible person I’ve met in my life. He’s angelic and has the gift to calm you down during a confusing time in your life. I know the feeling of being hurt the emotional rollercoaster and the uncertainty you feel not feeling secure of what’s going to happen. Located in Ba...yside, upon entering his office you get flashbacks of the car accident and feel shattered and traumatized .When Mr Jonathan Kaye greets you with a smile and welcomes you into his office, you start to feel safe for the first time in awhile. His first word to you is “don’t worry.” I won’t let anything happen, trust me. I immediately felt some hope. He showed me all of his achievements as a Criminal Attorney, Defense Attorney and Prosecutor which is astounding when you look. Within minutes his confidence, honesty and clarity brought me out of the confusion and I immediately felt safe and I put my life in his hands. His eyes evoke truth and you feel his determination to make you feel and see the light at the end of the tunnel. He takes care of everything and phone call away. When he says he’ll call- HE DOES. Your never left waiting and says call anytime you need reassurance of your case. Every day you do wait for finality which is hard of course, but knowing Mr Jonathan Kaye is on my side working hard for an affective positive outcome, calms you down. If your caught in a car accident and there is confusion between paperwork and the police report of what happened during the unfortunate car accident most definitely you affective help. Seriously! I believe you most call Mr Jonathan Kaye. He is “Simply the Best.” Furthermore, he’s affordable which is a major concern as you navigate through all the changes that are happening each day mounting on your desk. Great Lawyer !

I was recommended to Mr. Kaye’s office after receiving a DUI charge. He had my best interests in mind and kept me in the loop of what is going on. In result my charge was dismissed. He’s the man. Give him a call, you won’t regret it.

A True Mensch

Mr. Kaye defended my rights and protected me from an incorrect sentence. I attained a certificate of relief from disabilities and a waiver for payment of an IID, all gotten by Mr. Kaye! Exceeded expectations

It’s hard to put into words what a great job Mr. Johnathan Kaye did for my family’s and I. I highly recommend using him on any case. I don’t know how we could’ve gotten through this without his help. He has far exceeded my expectations of a criminal defense attorney. He responded to my initial inquir...y of me leaving a voicemail and followed up and kept us in the loop as the case went along. Mr. Kaye is a wonderful, kind and compassionate attorney. He is genuine and honest. His knowledge in law practice and expertise far exceeds many in the legal field.
