Great guy and skilled lawyer

Jonathon helped me with a tough DUI case where an accident was involved. He was always there to take my calls and answer all my questions, and help give me any insight I need. He also worked with me on the price and was very honest and transparent throughout the whole process. He got me the best case... scenario outcome for my charge. He was very informative and helped ease my concerns and worries since this was my first offense. I was visiting New York attending a funeral, later that day I was heading back to my hotel and was pulled over. The officer want me to take a breathalyzer and a sobriety test, which I refused to take. I was arrested for DUI / DWI. I contact Mr. Kaye for representation. The issue that I was facing was... that I reside in Texas, Mr. Kaye understood my situation, took my case and told me exactly how my case was going to go. He had the misdemeanor reduced to just a traffic violation. He kept me informed throughout the process, which took some time to resolve, and there were no hidden fees for his service. I will highly recommend Mr. Kaye to anyone needing representation. As a reminder, these proceedings do take time, have patience, it will work out for you.

Jonathan Kaye is the most incredible person I’ve met in my life. He’s angelic and has the gift to calm you down during a confusing time in your life. I know the feeling of being hurt the emotional rollercoaster and the uncertainty you feel not feeling secure of what’s going to happen. Located in Ba...yside, upon entering his office you get flashbacks of the car accident and feel shattered and traumatized .When Mr Jonathan Kaye greets you with a smile and welcomes you into his office, you start to feel safe for the first time in awhile. His first word to you is “don’t worry.” I won’t let anything happen, trust me. I immediately felt some hope. He showed me all of his achievements as a Criminal Attorney, Defense Attorney and Prosecutor which is astounding when you look. Hands down, the best lawyer EVER!!!!!

"Although I only charge $1500, I treat all my cases like a $10,000 case." Mr. Jonathan Kaye said these words to me the day we met at the courthouse in 2017. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical as all other DWI attorneys in my area charged a minimum of $5,000 retainer fee. As a first time o...ffender, one could only imagine the fear I was experiencing. During my arrest, I blew high enough to be convicted of a felony. However, that was not the case thanks to Mr. Kaye. As a former ADA, he knew exactly what to do and what to say to get my charges reduced to almost nothing. I mean, I was facing up to a year in prison. Working his magic, he was able to get the DA to reduce my charges to a misdemeanor. "Every call is answered by a lawyer." This is also so true of Jonathan Kaye (he will actually give you his cell phone number). I've called Mr. Kaye during the past one and a half years for different reasons. Each time I called, he picked up. And if he didn't pick up, he'd return my call before the end of the day. He responds to texts as well. I mean, who does that?! I will tell you who: Jonathan Kaye. I had an Interlock Device installed in my vehicle as part of my reduced charges. There were malfunctions with the device (it was eventually replaced by a functional device). I remember calling him crying because I kept getting violations. Mr. Kaye calmed me down and assured me that everything was going to be okay. Even after my case was over, Mr. Kaye still made himself available to me (at no extra charge) as I still had questions about the Interlock Device. He was able to speak with the DA and remarkably somehow convinced the DA not to proceed with additional charges. Thanks to Mr. Kaye, I am now eligible to have my IDD removed at the anniversary date of installation. I don't have to face the judge for a new charge and I do not have to have the device removed at a later date due to the violations reported to the Monitoring Agency. I will be forever grateful for everything Mr. Kaye has done for me. If you want someone that will be with you every step of the way (and I mean EVERY step of the way) that will not treat you like a criminal, that listens, and that will ALWAYS make himself available to you, look no further. I promise you he will not disappoint.
