I was visiting New York attending a funeral, later that day I was heading back to my hotel and was pulled over. The officer want me to take a breathalyzer and a sobriety test, which I refused to take. I was arrested for DUI / DWI. I contact Mr. Kaye for representation. The issue that I was facing was... that I reside in Texas, Mr. Kaye understood my situation, took my case and told me exactly how my case was going to go. He had the misdemeanor reduced to just a traffic violation. He kept me informed throughout the process, which took some time to resolve, and there were no hidden fees for his service. Great Lawyer !

I was recommended to Mr. Kaye’s office after receiving a DUI charge. He had my best interests in mind and kept me in the loop of what is going on. In result my charge was dismissed. He’s the man. Give him a call, you won’t regret it.

Exceeded expectations

It’s hard to put into words what a great job Mr. Johnathan Kaye did for my family’s and I. I highly recommend using him on any case. I don’t know how we could’ve gotten through this without his help.
