Constantine Frangopoulos Esq, was able to resolve a boundary line Issue that was not addressed by the previous attorney that represented me on the Sale of my Home. Further Mr. Frangopoulos was able to close the sale of the house in an efficient, thorough, and quick manner. In addition to the sale Mr.... Frangopoulos represented me and my wife on the purchase of the new home which was owned by an Estate. The new home was riddled with municipality issues that Constantine was able to identify and effectively negotiate a significant credit towards the purchase price and close the purchase in a seamless and smooth fashion.
