We hired this man to trademark a name of our brand that we had been ripped off by eBay and other online scammers. He claimed he had experience. He failed in two consecutive filing, the first time due to some conflict with another name, which was in a completely different field, the second time beca...use of a horrible presentation. That time he blamed the trademark office and asked to fight the trademark office for a ridiculously high fee. When we started challenging his approach and he claimed that personal names could not be trademarked, we started seriously doubting his competence giving him many examples of trademarked personal names. He was also late by a month and a half notifying us of the trademark's office decision. We fired him shortly after we realized the man was a total joke. He has as no clue what he is doing and has no real knowledge of the trademark law. We lost two years of time and tons of money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUDE!!!
