Truly terrible, unprofessional, botched-up service which essentially ruined your entire filing plan and showed no sympathy to its denied client whatsoever. To be sure, at least for it’s EB2 PERM category, case and subsequent audit wasn’t even prepared or even reviewed by the attorney. Case was den...ied due to a simple error the ASSISTANT has made, which the client even initially offered to help and was told not needed! Miao, the attorney, wasn’t even involved and only offered to connect after case denied. During the call, Miao couldn’t answer several of my case related questions and category specific questions. I had serious doubt regarding how she had been practicing all the time. The entire response was botched up by her assistant using their template. Have had an easy case but now have to go through the entire process again and experience all the policy fluctuations and delays. Firmly believe this type of negligence has risen to a level of malpractice and/or at least warrants some discipline from the bar association. Unprofessional legal practice like this type shouldn’t even exist. Don’t go there and waste your time and money! Highly unprofessional!
