I had a pleasant experience during my process of applying for a visa. He was able to explain each step of the way and also provided the whole picture of the process very clearly. I appreciated his work and I was able to obtain the visa without a problem. Though there was a point in which an unexpecte...d letter was received notifying that one of the duplicate paper was not sent in, yet he was able to assure me that it would be processed as planned but also was able to provide the next step if there were any issues regarding this. This was the second time we had hired him for our case. He was professional, resourceful, and friendly. He was not arrogant as other cocky attorneys. I highly admired him for that. I heard he is specialized in immigration law, but not limited to... Anyway, both of our cases were immigration related.... I think most lawyers are good with their jobs. Joseph is good at his job of course. When it comes to reliability and availability, Joseph is the best one I have seen so far. As long as it is within business hour, he answers/ reply your calls, texts, or emails. If you are looking for a lawyer who is there all the time when you need him/her, Joseph is the one you are looking for. If it were my friend or family to look for an attorney, I would definitely recommend Joseph. Once, I asked him why I could not find his advertisement on any media. He said that "most of his clients coming to him because their friends or relatives recommended him." That tells you how reliable he is. Joseph took us through the entire process of Immigration and Naturalization for my wife Soonja formerly a citizen of the Republic of Korea (South). It was a fairly long process and was done exclusively electronically (this is the first time I have seen Joseph's picture!). There were many questions ...and unknowns during this time and Joseph answered every question with simplicity and clarity. Our process was not normal as we did expedited naturalization due to our particular status, so many new things and we did everything while maintaining our workplaces overseas and with minimal stress to our family.
