I had a pleasant experience during my process of applying for a visa. He was able to explain each step of the way and also provided the whole picture of the process very clearly. I appreciated his work and I was able to obtain the visa without a problem. Though there was a point in which an unexpecte...d letter was received notifying that one of the duplicate paper was not sent in, yet he was able to assure me that it would be processed as planned but also was able to provide the next step if there were any issues regarding this.
