He wants to help and work with you. He was very helpful and has thorough understanding of the immigration laws. My sister and I got our permeant residency (green card) thorough him. He listens and cares about you and tries his best to help you. Any time I had questions I would either email him or giv...e him a call and he answers. It took us a couple years to get green in our hands and the process wouldn't have been easier for us. When we hired him he gave all the informations of what's going to happen and approximately how long it is going to take. After that we compiled all the necessary documents and sent it to him and we waited until the green card came to our doors. As simple as that. We will definitely consult with him again if we have further questions or inquires.

Mr. Park started working on my greencard case in 2018, and his competency in his work made the entire process quite smooth. Because he explained everything thoroughly there wasn't any surprise in the process and was able to wait out the entire duration in peace without much worry. 드디어 영주권을 받았습니다. 필라델피아 오피스에서 받았고요 EB2 케이스입니다. 믿을 수가 없습니다. 인터뷰가 취소되더니 인터뷰없이 바로 영주권이 발급되었습니다. 남들에게만 이런일이 일어날거라고 생각했는데 저에게도 이런일이 일어났네요. 비록 미국에서 석사학위를 했지만 저는 회사에 연봉부담이 적은 EB3를 선호했지만 변호사님은 현재 추세로보때 EB2로 접수하는 것이 좋겠다고 하였습니다. 사실 신의 한수였던것 같습니다. EB2는 계속 오픈상태를 유지 했지만 EB3는 곧 막혔습니다. 인터뷰 준비를 위해서 변호사 사무실에서 접수한 서류를 받...았보았는데 서류정리가 너무나 잘되어있었습니다. 인덱스와 제출된 서류 내용이 보기 쉽게 찾기 쉽게 정리가 되어 있어서 만족스러웠습니다. 저의 케이스는 H1B가 두번 떨어졌고 학생비자로 너무 오래있었기 때문에 인터뷰없이 진행되기는 어려운 케이스였습니다. 그런데, 인터뷰없이 승인 받았습니다. 다른 여건도 있었겠지만 변호사를 잘 선택한 것이 가장 잘한 일인것 같습니다. 적극 추천합니다. 약간 시크해보이기는 하지만 일처리는 최고 입니다. I finally got a green card. This is from Philadelphia office and my case is EB2. I can't believe it. The interview was canceled and the green card was issued without the interview. I thought this would only happen to others, but it happened to me. Although I had a master's degree in the U.S., I preferred EB3, which has a low annual salary for the company, the lawyer said it would be better to apply for EB2 in view of the current trend. This decision made difference. EB2 remained open, but EB3 was soon blocked. I received the documents from the lawyer's office to prepare for the interview, and they were very well organized. It was great that the index and submitted documents were organized so that they could be easily found. My case was difficult to get approval without an interview because my H1B application was not selected twice in the lottery and I had stayed with my student visa for too long. However, it was approved without an interview. Other circumstances affected the result, but I think choosing a lawyer well was the best thing I could do. I highly recommend him. He seems a little chic and cynical, but he is the best of the best as a immigration lawyer.
