Mr Picerno is by far the most incompetent and unprofessional lawyer one can ever come across. Unreliable, unconcerned, and not fit to defend anyone in criminal court. He appears to be very fearful of the prosecutor and the judge. He never complies with the tasks his role as an attorney requires.
