Ms Bashir is one of a kind! The thing about her... she actually cares. I know it sounds cliche but I would't have my little girl if she didn't. We spent over a year fight this case. The preparation, the details, the go get it attitude and demeanor. No one else I would go to war with. I still send her... pictures of my daughter because she certainly become family. Hope this helps someone in the future.... was a God send for me :)

I was accused of neglect and maltreatment of my 2 children.....I just graduated from the NYC corrections department. ACS was now involved after now being blindsided and ambushed by "financial family members" now present after losing my wife to breast cancer and looking to obtain my children for thei...r benefits. Clueless of where to turn and my next actions....I'm sitting in the Brooklyn Family Court waiting area and I was referred to Ms. Bashir by a colleague who was not able to take my case.. Upon meeting her, I was more in a panic mode, worrying how I was even going to pay this woman.....after hearing my issues.....Ms. Bashir....took my case...without a retainer. She saw my emotions, my cluelessness, my irate behavior for fear of losing my children, and yet provided me with more than just attorney services. She took my case personal and it showed. All petitions against me were dropped I have full custody of my children along with the removal of those who falsely accused me. Fredericka Bashir saved my family, my career......I went to work to pay the retainer she excused as a form of the appreciation given with the professional and personal service she rendered to my family. In closing, this brief statement can't begin to tell you how much appreciation from meeting and trusting Ms. Bashir, but would I can say is... You would be doing yourself and family a disservice by not hiring her.....have a family court issue and in the NYC, Brooklyn area, find her at all costs.....go to the brooklyn family court waiting area and search for her, ask a court officer,......do whatever it takes,.....just do not leave without looking in her eyes and seeing the care, hear her mouth and the truth, even if you don't want to hear it.....but the results will speak for itself. I sit here with my kids happy, I go to work happy, I could be sitting here alone with no career. MY FAMILY AND I THANK YOU MS BASHIR.....YOU NOT ONLY GAINED A CLIENT YOU HAVE GAINED A FRIEND,
