Miriam Lazofsky

I retained Ms. Lazofsky to handle the sale of my house that my brother and I inherited therefore, we both have equal shares in the property. I informed her upon hire that since we both live in different States she needs to keep us both aware of what is going on. I also made her aware that any documen...ts pertaining to the sale of the property needs to be given to both of us because we both live in different states and does not really communicate. I brought in the buyer and it was a done deal. So far I have been very dissatisfied and disappointed. Ms. Lazofsky has constantly disregard my request by submitting documents to my brother without submitting it to me. She did submit it after I call her at which time she would apologize but then do it again. I am the one that is always initiating phone calls to get updates on the status of the sale. She also submitted documents to the buyer's attorney without prior authorization from me. I was also upset that she drew up the contract and submitted it without asking me what appliances were included in the sale. I have expressed my dissatisfactions repeatedly to her. The sale is still in process and my hope is that we make it to the closing table without further dissatisfaction. I will update and adjust the rating after the closing of the property. So far I have no tentative closing date inspire of my request that she follow up with the buyer's attorney to obtain this information and inform me. I have also requested that all communications be done in writing and this was not respected.
