Umit Mike Gursoy

A friend mentioned Mr. Gursoy and another lawyer so i decided to see Mr Gursoy first. I went to his office on December 7, 2017. After speaking with him, I decided to hire him so he called his assistant, Denise to take the payment. After paying half of what he charged with Denise, I called my friend ...who recommended him, to tell her about it and she told me I made a bad decision. She said Mr Gursoy is very knowledgeable but his office, especially, Denise is very deceiving and undependable. I had to change my mind. I have been calling his office since then for them to refund my money, but exactly like my friend described, I kept lying to and hanging up on. It's been over two months and I haven't been able to speak to either Mr. Gursoy or Denise. The receptionist keeps saying they are not in the office no matter how many times I called. I will never recommend him to anyone

I had very complicated imigration case, after my case was denied i found Gursoy Law firm just to consult what to do next but in the end he got me my green card. Imigration denied one more time my aplication but that did't stop mr Gursoy, he fight from begining to the end, go through apeal in DC and a...t the finish i am with green card

I hired him for immigration took my 2500 dollars after that he never went to immigration court he just kept pushing my day back for court I waited 2 years he finally got it dismissed I know he took his sweet time with my case and filed to court 1 year later so long story he didn't get me my green car...d back for me I m still waiting it's been 4 years I can't leave the country and he now telling me after waiting for 4 years that he did his job when his job was to get my documents back and dismissed my case the only reason it got dissmisssed he kept pushing the date back for 2 years
