Nadya Kramerova was my real estate attorney when I purchased my first home in the course of October through November 2015. She was extremely knowledgeable about the purchasing and the contract-drafting process. She explained with clarity and patience on all the questions I had, no matter how detail...ed. When the seller's attorney sent over their draft of the contract, she sat down with me, pointed out all the items that either don't apply or shouldn't be included. At the closing, she took the time to explain to me what the title company does and their role in the process. She is extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
