Bankruptcy

Earlier this year I fell on hard time in terms of debt, I was trying to pay it off and refused to give up. Unfortunately due to personal issues I started to accrue more debt that I could not longer handle. My friend recommended Michael for a consultation and to look at my options. I was scared becaus...e I always had a good credit score now I was way over my head and my credit started to drop. I finally called Michael for a consultation, speaking briefly to him I did retain for Chap 9 Bankruptcy. I was overwhelmed with questions on top of questions where I did not know how to start. Only response I got from Michael was, it's ok I got you covered, I will send you some stuff and we will go step by step from there. Everything else was a breeze, If I ever had questions Michael would answer almost immediately, if he did not answer me, he would call me back or text me answering any question that I had for him in a timely fashion. My overall experience was great, I was guided to help my case go smoothly and most importantly I was put at ease.

Highly recommend

I hired Mayya and Michael to represent my family member on two extremely difficult legal cases and their service was beyond of outstanding level - attentive to the point, always giving phone calls back with information and answers and process status of the cases. I would like to share my experience with Michael Byk. I was provided detail information and excellent legal advise. My attorney worked very closely on my case with me and explained every aspect of my case and every scenario. Furthermore worked with me on my payment plan and replied to every email txt... and question i had. I would recommend Mr. Byk as a excellent attorney and a very reliable and patient and discrete person and i did recommend him to my family members who where left with a pleasant and excellent experience after getting his legal advice. I think that Mr. Byk takes all of his cases very personally and invest his time and accuracy into each case and I have not seen that with other attorneys that I have used before hiring Mr. Byk.
