Cellphone Use and Texting
Driving on Vanderbilt Avenue, I made a left turn on Atlantic Avenue, tNYC had just placed a No turn sign and as soon as i turned left, an NYPD Officer gave me a Disobey traffic control device ticket which is 2 points and a fine. I have a Commecial Driver's license in New York for more than 30 years....
