It will be hard to get an approval for a work visa/green card by your own company.
Should the letter of intent to marry each other notarized (k1 visa) we wrote a statement with wet signatures is it enough ?

You can use a declaration format allowed by Federal law instead of a notary.

You may have an I 140 approved, but may not be able to file I 485 if your priority date is not current.
