If your seller uses him as attorney, RUN!
I would give 0 star if there is an option. Trying to close on a home for 8 months. Took more than 6 months for him to file the certificate of occupancy. 2 weeks after the bank is ready to close, he still can't get documents ready. If you don't want to become homeless or lose all your money, stay away...

Replied last January 06, 2022“Vicky” I am truly disappointed that you had a bad experience. What’s puzzling though are the following problems with you post: 1. I have never represented a seller selling to someone named Vicky; 2. I have never had a contract as Seller’s Attorney that went 8 months; 3. It is never the Seller’s Attorney’s job to obtain a certificate of occupancy for a client; and 4. I’m not sure how a delay in closing would cause someone to lose all their money. I’m sorry you had a bad experience but based on the details given, not only are you not a former client, you may have mistaken me for someone else as I have never encountered the situation you wrote about. I hope that you enjoy your new home/condo/co-op and find clarity in life. I’ll take solace in the fact that my first and only bad review came from someone I never represented, off a fact pattern that never happened.

Best Traffic Lawyer in Town
Hired the lawyer for a traffic violation I received in Lower Manhattan. I gave him a speed ticket that could had cost me my TLC License. He went to court and got the ticket dismissed. It was worth the money spent to hire him. Thank you
