Biography
Michael began his legal career as a commercial litigator then as General Counsel for several construction management and general contracting firms, condominium boards, and individuals.
He has drafted and negotiated contracts, commercial leases, sales contracts, AIA documents, construction management agreements, construction liens, employment contracts, confidentiality agreements and sub-contractor purchase orders. Michael has earned an M.B.A. and is fluent in Spanish.
He is currently a member of the NYC Bar Association Construction Law Committee, and the Puerto Rican Task Force.
