Horrible
Most of the reviews praising his etiquette aren't accurate at ALL! He's horrible and one should avoid him at all costs. He doesn't contact you with updates pertaining to your case and he's extremely repetitive (and seems to fail at getting things done). I ALMOST referred my girlfriend to him followin...

Really knows his clients
He calls me for everything and I speak to him directly for any appointments. He also know what's going on with the case. Even if he's doesn't remember, his secretary does. They are all extremely helpful.
