I highly recommend Steven H. Ebbin. I recently used his services on the purchase of a co-op apartment in Brooklyn. I found himself and his team to be very professional and very knowledgeable of New York City real estate law. He made what is usually a painful and confusing process, actually pleasant.... It was truly a pleasure to work with him, and I certainly plan to use him again on any future deals I might have. I also want to note that his paralegal, Diana is the best in the business by far. She is equally as knowledgeable, organized, and accessible at all hours of the day or night. She never made me feel that any question I posed to her was beneath her or a waste of her time and prepared me for every step in this process.
