I was referred to Mr. Ebbin from a friend as I needed counsel for a residential co-op purchase (my first) in Brooklyn. As an attorney myself, I greatly appreciated Mr. Ebbin's representation. He and his paralegal Diana answered all my questions, were incredibly familiar with the intricacies of co-o...p purchases, and responded immediately to all of my communications. His flat fee was also very reasonable. I can highly recommend Mr. Ebbin for any real estate transaction.

I needed a real estate lawyer for my first ever purchase of property - an apartment in Brooklyn. Both Steve Ebbin and his Paralegal, Diana were amazing. Diana is who I dealt with until closing. She was so patient and answeres all question via phone or email, every step of the way, including going thr...ough the contract section by section. Steve was wonderful during the closing where seemingly thousands of papers had to be signed, explaining everyone last one. He was calm and kind. In addition, they have both been available to answer questions since the closing, as the actually closing entailed an overwhelming amount of information and they understand assistance may be needed afterwards. I also found the flat fee cost for coop purchase more than reasonable. Overall, I am very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend this legal practice!

My wife and I have used Steve and his team for a number of years now. They are attentive, efficient, well priced, and extremely friendly. He's fu...nny and with his sense of humor, gave me the moral support and helped me get through the painful experience of getting to the closing day. Diana in his office was extremely nice and helpful as well. I can't wait to come back to Steve again, when I purchase my next home.

Steve was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the sale/closing process. His office handled things beautifully and in a timely manner, and they negotiated well for me -- I only had to weigh in on one or two items, which was great since I was in the process of moving and consumed by other ...things. Overall they made a complicated process seamless, which I really appreciated.
