Mr. Davlatov may be a good individual, but the professionalism and efficiency of his office leave much to be desired. Promises are made, yet the process takes significantly longer than expected, with little communication or transparency. Feedback on My Experience with Mr Dovlatov’s Legal Services: I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the handling of my case over the past seven years. As a client, I entrusted you with my legal matter, expecting professionalism, communication, and a clear path toward resolution. However, my experience has been frustrating and disheartening. Only God knows who were handling my case during those 7 years with no any communication response and clear understanding whats the client’s case was about. Several people changed and same issue each time with different paralegals who were not aware of what going on ?! Throughout this time, I have been left waiting without updates, explanations, or opportunities to explore alternative solutions for my case. Instead of being guided or informed about potential next steps, I have felt ignored—only expected to continue paying while my case remained stagnant. This lack of transparency and accountability has not only wasted my time but has also cost me financially and emotionally. A lawyer’s role is to advocate for their client, keeping them informed and actively working toward a resolution. Unfortunately, I cannot say that this was my experience. After six-seven years, I feel that my patience, trust, and investment were disregarded. I hope you take this feedback seriously and reconsider how you handle client communication and case management in the future. No one should have to wait indefinitely without answers, especially when they are paying for a service meant to provide legal solutions. Incompetence, absolutely ignorant horrible service. I did not even know who was handling my case since it was passed on to several different people, who lied to me that he sent the case for two month. Besides the fact that his worker paralegal lied to me for two months, he wrote a lot of mistake in ...the case( date, gender, name , etc). Keep in mind that " Lawyers should never lie or attempt to deceive their clients. This is serious breach of professional ethics" I felt scammed. After you sign the contract and pay good luck getting a hold of them. I'm ashamed for you.
