Feedback on My Experience with Mr Dovlatov’s Legal Services: I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the handling of my case over the past seven years. As a client, I entrusted you with my legal matter, expecting professionalism, communication, and a clear path toward resolution. However, my experience has been frustrating and disheartening. Only God knows who were handling my case during those 7 years with no any communication response and clear understanding whats the client’s case was about. Several people changed and same issue each time with different paralegals who were not aware of what going on ?! Throughout this time, I have been left waiting without updates, explanations, or opportunities to explore alternative solutions for my case. Instead of being guided or informed about potential next steps, I have felt ignored—only expected to continue paying while my case remained stagnant. This lack of transparency and accountability has not only wasted my time but has also cost me financially and emotionally. A lawyer’s role is to advocate for their client, keeping them informed and actively working toward a resolution. Unfortunately, I cannot say that this was my experience. After six-seven years, I feel that my patience, trust, and investment were disregarded. I hope you take this feedback seriously and reconsider how you handle client communication and case management in the future. No one should have to wait indefinitely without answers, especially when they are paying for a service meant to provide legal solutions. All the good reviews both here and on google are fake and probably bought with money. Honestly, he ruined my sibling's case as well as friends case. He is incompetent, irresponsible and unprofessional. He has poor communication skills not only with his clients but also in court. He doesn't keep his ...clients updated on their case. He not only delays court dates but also shows up unprepared. He lacks knowledge and skills to handle immigration cases specifically in regards to asylum seeking.
