Richard Joseph Boccio

I used Richard in a real estate transaction and I must say I have NEVER come across a worse attorney (I have worked for several law firms, so that is a big statement to make). Richard was non-responsive, leaves the client to do their work and does not write back to e-mails. He was supposed to do his ...due diligence in a purchase, and reported back with nothing. Later on, I found liens that were public on ACRIS all along, prior to closing. Further, when a contract was drafted by seller's attorney, he OK'ed it without reviewing it and asked if I wanted to make any changes (the contract was not in my favor, and he made no effort to even make suggestions, and instead asked what I would like changed). He was mailing things to me via snail mail, as he was too cheap to FedEx documents. I DO NOT recommend anyone use this attorney unless you intend on being your own attorney.
