Mr. Grant is licensed to practice before all Courts of the State of New York, the federal Southern District of NY, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He specializes in all commercial, civil and criminal litigation from trial through appeal as well as assisting small businesses from incorporation through regulatory compliance assistance. Mr. Grant is also a certified Divorce Mediator, an Arbitrator, a licensed Real Estate Broker, and an advocate of alternative dispute resolution.
