With over 30 years of experience in complex litigation, and admission to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, Mr. Grant is an accomplished attorney, a former NYS Assistant Attorney General and Hearings Offices for the State of New York. Mr. Grant is licensed to practice before all Courts of the State of New York, the federal Southern District of NY, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He specializes in all commercial, civil and criminal litigation from trial through appeal as well as assisting small businesses from incorporation through regulatory compliance assistance. Mr. Grant is also a certified Divorce Mediator, an Arbitrator, a licensed Real Estate Broker, and an advocate of alternative dispute resolution.
Formerly affiliated with attorney Eon Smith, a former Director for the U.S. State Department's International Narcotics Bureau, and former Manhattan Assistant District Attorney, as well as attorney Steven Grant, an expert in consumer protection and bankruptcy law, and former Administrative Law Judge Richard Ortiz, attorney Philip Grant offered a full range of assistance.
