Patient and understanding

Andrew is patient, attentive and informative. I had so many questions, emailed and called constantly and Mr. Stoll always answered all my questions with the truth, kindness and an “it depends.” I was lucky to have been represented by such an attorney.

Education

To my understanding, Mr. Stoll was hired by the collective-bargaining agent to help me. I think overall Mr. Stoll is a good lawyer. I only suggest, his advice be consistent. "Do not say anything, Do not say anything, Do not say anything." My best regards to Mr. Stoll. And hopefully, I don't need... his services in the future.

Psycho

I scheduled a call with this guy for like twenty minutes. He rushed it so that he could rip me off most likely, by the time we got on a zoom call he must have just been tired, and he started to question my mental health and say all kind of nasty things for no reason. I don't know if he is just bitter..., or not making enough money, but whatever he was at one point in his career he is no longer.

"I got in touch with Mr. Stoll on behalf of a client who wanted to inquire about the potential for a number of civil rights claims. Mr. Stoll was extremely professional and generous with his time. After listening to all the facts, he was honest and candid with respect to the viability of the potential claims and displayed a serious amount of knowledge of the relevant law through his discussions with me. He did not rush my client into meeting with him for a consultation or in any other way pressured my client to retain him. Though my client did not ultimately retain him due to the relative cost outweighing the probability of success, he was glad to have benefited from Mr. Stoll's time and knowledge. I highly recommend this attorney."

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Mr. Stoll for many years. We worked together at Legal Aid Society in Brooklyn until he went into private practice. I have seen him on a regular basis since he left Legal Aid. He is very talented and one of the finest criminal attorneys that I have ever seen. He is concerned for his clients, he has very good negotiation skills and he is a great trial attorney. He gets pleas that few other lawyers are capable of getting and he wins trials that most other good attorneys would lose. He is the only attorney that I have ever endorsed and if I ever needed an attorney, I would retain him."
